Worldsend Nursery, Worcester

About Us

The wholesale nursery business of Robin Pearce Plants LLP at Hallow Worcester, growers of a wide range of interesting Hardy Perennials, Ferns and Grasses for Garden Centres and Garden Designers have recently opened a plant centre. The object of the centre is to offer some of our more unusual plants to the enthusiastic gardener. The plant centre stocks a diverse range of plants with the aim of featuring plants of seasonal interest; however we are able to draw on additional stock from the nursery.
If you are travelling a long distance to visit us for particular plants, please telephone or email and we can confirm availability, so the plants are ready prior to your visit.

Worldsend Garden

Kristina and Robin have replanted and developed their own garden at the nursery with plants available from the plant centre together with collections of Hosta, Geum, and Hardy Ferns. In the garden, we grow many new plants, which we are assessing prior to introduction to our range. A particular effort has been made to ensure most of the plants are clearly labeled. The original garden is predominantly laid out to island beds planted with herbaceous perennials these have been enlarged and redesigned. In 2004 an informal pond and bog garden were added together with beds of Hostas and ferns. A new garden with a rill feature was created in 2006 with a Summer House, herbaceous borders and beds ofconifers, ornamental grasses and bamboo. An alpine area with troughs and a raised bed will be completed in 2008. The garden is only open under the National Garden Scheme (dates below) and by request to groups.
